Life Sciences R&D Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Life Sciences R&D Consultant to join our global consulting network. You will work with leading biotech and pharmaceutical clients to accelerate drug development through technology and process optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements and define acceptance criteria aligned with client business processes.
• Ensure data integrity and streamline workflows across R&D platforms.
• Provide analytical insights, recommendations, and thought leadership on industry trends and digital transformation.
• Document systems following GxP‑compliant SDLC processes.
• Deliver end‑user training, support, and change‑management to drive technology adoption.
• Monitor platform updates, manage upgrades, and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.

Required profile

• 4+ years of progressive experience in Life Sciences or Biopharma R&D.
• MBA, a master’s in a scientific discipline, or equivalent postgraduate degree with relevant industry experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and team‑leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of Life Sciences/Biopharma R&D processes.
• Familiarity with clinical trial systems.
• Experience with regulatory submission technology.
• Knowledge of patient safety reporting platforms.
• Understanding of GxP‑compliant SDLC processes.
