Lead Data & AI Engineer (Palantir Foundry/AIP)

About the role

We are assembling a senior team for a global consulting client to build and deploy enterprise AI solutions rapidly. As Lead Data & AI Engineer you will take business problems from idea to production on Palantir Foundry and AIP, combining hands‑on development with technical leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage Foundry data pipelines, ontology components, and applications.
• Design semantic and context layers using Palantir’s ontology (Object, Link, Action Types, Interfaces, Property Sets).
• Develop LLM‑powered workflows with AIP Logic, AIP Automate, and AIP Assist, moving agentic AI use cases from prototype to production.
• Serve as the team’s Palantir lead: stay hands‑on, guide solution design, review code, coach engineers, and resolve technical blockers.
• Own technical delivery, translate business requirements into implementation plans, and lead discussions with client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP on real client or production projects.
• Strong software engineering and problem‑solving skills, comfortable with fast delivery cycles and changing requirements.
• Excellent English communication with both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to work EST business hours.
