LATAM Site IT Delivery Lead Manager

About the role

DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company, is seeking a Manager to lead IT service delivery across its LATAM sites. The role ensures stable, secure, and high‑quality technology operations that support manufacturing, commercial, and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for technology service delivery at assigned sites, aligning with global IT standards and local business needs.
• Manage day‑to‑day IT operations, including end‑user services, infrastructure, application support, and site‑specific technology requirements.
• Act as the primary technology liaison for site and regional business leaders, fostering strong partnerships and high customer satisfaction.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management activities to minimize disruption and ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee local and regional vendors, managing performance, contracts, and service‑level agreements.
• Drive execution of global and regional IT initiatives such as deployments, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, quality, and regulatory requirements for medical‑device environments.
• Lead, coach, and develop technology team members, promoting a culture of accountability.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading IT service delivery in a multi‑site, LATAM environment.
• Strong ability to partner with business leaders, global IT teams, and external vendors.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data‑privacy, quality and regulatory standards applicable to medical‑device companies.
• Experience managing vendor contracts and service‑level agreements.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills for technology teams.
