Key Account Manager – Consumo Masivo

About the role

The company is seeking a Key Account Manager with solid experience in fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) and large‑account management within modern retail channels. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to grow business, improve profitability and strengthen brand presence across all retail formats.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the commercial relationship with Walmart across all its formats.
• Achieve Sell‑In, Sell‑Out, profitability and market‑share targets.
• Develop and drive result‑oriented commercial negotiations.
• Design and implement Trade Marketing strategies and the Perfect Store concept.
• Analyze commercial data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Lead the CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) process for efficient supply.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Prepare sales forecasts and monitor key commercial indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a KAM or Key Account Executive in FMCG companies.
• Proven experience managing the Walmart account (mandatory).
• Strong analytical skills using Retail Link and Excel.
• Experience in commercial negotiation, Trade Marketing and category management.
• Knowledge of Tableau is desirable.
• English proficiency is a plus.
