Junior Software Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking motivated software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate the quality of AI responses, and create coding challenges that help improve the underlying models. The position is fully asynchronous and flexible, allowing you to work up to 40 hours per week based on project availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑produced code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or other engineering disciplines.
