Junior Software Developer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this flexible, asynchronous position you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to enhance AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid‑level, or senior level.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Legally authorized to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.
