Junior Software Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. The role involves reviewing AI‑generated code, rating responses, and creating coding challenges to improve model performance. No prior AI experience is required, and work is asynchronous and project‑based.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid‑level, or senior level.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
