Junior Software Developer – Remote AI Training Role

About the role

We are seeking motivated software engineers across Latin America to join a paid, fully‑remote AI training program. In this position you will help improve AI code generation by reviewing AI‑produced snippets, rating their quality, and creating coding challenges that test model capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency and best‑practice adherence.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to assess AI performance.
• Detect bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI‑produced code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to guide AI model improvements.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift or Rust.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile or any other engineering discipline.
