Junior Software Developer – Remote AI Training Role

About the role

We are seeking motivated software engineers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the underlying models. The work is asynchronous and project‑based, making it ideal for developers looking for flexible, on‑demand assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Legal authorization to work in any listed Latin American country.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
