About the role
We are seeking a Junior Recruiting Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle in a fast‑paced environment. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to attract, assess and onboard talent for customer service and back‑office positions.
Key responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening and coordination of candidates.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for customer service, accounting and other back‑office roles.
- Schedule interviews, conduct reference checks and assist with background verification.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to align on hiring needs and ensure a consistent hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment metrics, tracking reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting, preferably for customer service, accounting or back‑office positions.
- Proven ability to source candidates using various tools and methodologies.
- Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Required skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
