Junior Project Manager

About the role

This junior project manager will support the planning, execution and control of design, construction, interior fit‑out and real‑estate development projects in Costa Rica. The role works under the supervision of a senior project manager and involves close coordination with clients, contractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, budgets, documentation and deliverables.
• Participate in site inspections, monitor field activities and track progress through digital platforms.
• Prepare client‑facing status reports, meeting minutes, project logs and other required documentation.
• Support bidding processes, issue resolution and day‑to‑day coordination with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Follow up on action items and pending tasks to ensure timely project completion.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience with inspections and cloud‑based project platforms.
• Strong reporting and interpersonal skills, able to work towards goals and deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced Spanish and intermediate English proficiency.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Intermediate proficiency in CAD/Revit.
