Junior Networking Agent – Audio Products (Entry Level)

About the role

Join Foundever™ as a Junior Networking Agent supporting audio‑product customers. You will work onsite at our Heredia location, providing fast, accurate technical assistance through phone, email and chat while sharing a passion for music.

Key responsibilities

• Own and resolve customer issues, coordinating with multiple departments and management levels.
• Maintain service status, monitor escalation timelines, and ensure timely case closure.
• Diagnose and fix software and hardware problems related to voice, internet, and data connections.
• Support music‑streaming services across macOS, Android, Windows, and iOS platforms.
• Continuously learn, document, and share technical knowledge.

Required profile

• Strong love for music.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum 85%).
• At least 6 months of BPO customer‑service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and on‑call rotations.
• Ability to work onsite in Heredia with a reliable home internet connection.

Required skills

• Home network troubleshooting.
• Wireless configuration and router settings.
• Internet security software.
• Understanding of internet, networking and computer fundamentals.
• Familiarity with macOS, Android, Windows and iOS operating systems.
