Junior HR Coordinator – Offboarding

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Junior HR Coordinator to support the off‑boarding and employee separation processes for a multinational pharmaceutical client. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work closely with the HR Operations team, handling termination documentation, data validation and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute smooth and timely employee termination and off‑boarding procedures.
• Prepare and file termination documentation and update employee records.
• Track and maintain accurate HR data related to separations.
• Perform basic termination calculations and data validation using Excel.
• Provide administrative support for broader HR lifecycle events.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in HR tasks or a current student in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication abilities and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Professional handling of confidential information.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, validation).
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday or ServiceNow (preferred).
