Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

Roche is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join its creative team. You will work closely with senior designers and cross‑functional partners to produce visual assets that support marketing and communication initiatives across print, digital and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and producing marketing collateral using AI tools.
• Support the development of on‑brand, visually appealing designs.
• Collaborate with senior designers and other teams to understand project requirements.
• Execute design tasks with attention to detail and ensure brand guideline compliance.
• Perform administrative tasks using Google Sheets, Google Drive and related tools.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and stay updated on design trends.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, managing time and resources to meet deadlines.
• Seek feedback from senior designers and incorporate revisions.
