About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Customer Service Representative to join our policy servicing team. The role focuses on handling life and annuities insurance policies, ensuring accurate updates and providing exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Process policy servicing requests while adhering to company guidelines.
- Update and modify policy records in the system promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve policy‑related queries and discrepancies.
- Maintain high accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Prepare reports and track policy changes using MS Office tools.
- Monitor unresolved issues and escalate to appropriate teams.
- Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and stay updated on industry regulations.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in policy servicing or a related insurance role.
- Strong understanding of life and annuities insurance policies.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑centric mindset with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a structured office environment with day shifts.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
