Junior Client Success Specialist (Account Management & Sales)

About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, client‑focused professional to join our team as a Junior Client Success Specialist. The position blends account management, sales and customer support, handling inbound leads through live chat, email and WhatsApp. You will work with high‑value clients, ensuring a seamless experience and identifying growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑value clients.
- Handle 50–100 inbound leads daily, providing timely follow‑up via chat, email and WhatsApp.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues promptly.
- Identify upsell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Track all interactions and performance metrics in an in‑house CRM system.
- Maintain organized records and follow structured workflows.
Required profile
- Advanced English proficiency (required).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer support or other client‑facing roles.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
- Tech‑savvy with strong system adaptability.
- High school diploma or current university student.
- Proactive, strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
Required skills
- Intermediate Excel.
- Experience using a CRM (in‑house).
