About the role

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance processes across the company's multiple locations, ensuring optimal condition of infrastructure and equipment. This role coordinates internal and external teams to support operations in the commercial, food, and hospitality sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and control the maintenance department budget, ensuring efficient resource use.
• Prepare and manage quotations for projects, services, and operational needs.
• Lead and supervise technical and operational staff, maintaining quality standards and response times.
• Process, track, and close work orders within maintenance systems.
• Validate and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor external supplier performance and service quality.
• Conduct regular site visits to restaurants to assess conditions and verify work execution.
• Handle regulatory requirements from health authorities.
• Produce executive management reports with KPIs, progress, and improvements.
• Manage emergencies and incidents to ensure operational continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in similar maintenance roles, managing high volumes, multiple projects, and teams.
• Experience in multi‑site operations within commercial, food service, or hospitality environments.
• Valid B1 driver’s license and personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of refrigeration system maintenance.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
