About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead our purchasing and import function, ensuring that products are available on time while supporting commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute international purchasing strategies to meet demand forecasts.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts with partners in China, India, Europe, the United States and South America.
• Coordinate inventory levels and oversee demand planning to avoid stockouts or excess.
• Ensure compliance with import and export customs regulations.
• Maintain purchasing data in the Softland ERP system and generate accurate reports.
• Utilize advanced Excel, Tableau and PowerBI to analyse spend, performance and forecast trends.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• More than 4 years of experience in purchasing, import management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in demand analysis and planning.
• Strong track record negotiating with international suppliers.
• Solid understanding of customs procedures for imports and exports.
• Fluent English (B2‑C1 level).
