About the role
The IT Helpdesk Technician is the go‑to tech hero who ensures the company’s digital environment runs smoothly. You will troubleshoot technical issues, manage system access, and set up new hires so they can start working without delay.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems reported by employees.
- Manage user accounts, permissions and system access across company platforms.
- Prepare and configure workstations, laptops and other equipment for new hires.
- Document incidents and resolutions in the help‑desk system.
- Provide timely assistance to maintain productivity and minimize downtime.
Required profile
- Strong problem‑solving attitude and willingness to help colleagues.
- Good communication skills to explain technical solutions clearly.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple requests.
