IT Applications Engineer IV

About the role

The IT Applications Engineer IV is an individual contributor responsible for translating business requirements into robust software solutions. This role works closely with Business Analysts and cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deliver secure, high‑volume, cloud‑based applications.

Key responsibilities

• Convert business and functional specifications into physical program designs, code modules, and stable application systems.
• Lead incident support and troubleshooting for both complex and routine issues.
• Support component integration testing (CIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), including triage, test coordination, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal customers and third‑party vendors to ensure alignment and support for solutions.
• Apply DEVOPS practices and both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to deliver resilient solutions.
