About the role
Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a detail-oriented Invoice Reconciliation Analyst with 1+ year of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field. The role supports invoice processing, reconciliations and financial operations for global clients.
Key responsibilities
- Reconcile and process supplier invoices.
- Handle invoice processing and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Review financial information for accuracy in ERP systems.
- Track missing or incorrect invoices and coordinate resolutions.
- Prepare financial reports and support audit processes.
Required profile
- 1+ year of experience in Finance, Accounting, invoicing, reconciliation or Accounts Payable.
- Advanced English (B2+).
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- ERP systems.
