About the role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Consultant to work remotely on a contract basis. You will provide expert insights, review financial materials, and support AI training initiatives related to investment banking.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in‑depth, accurate insights on investment banking concepts, deal structuring, and market trends.
• Analyze and review financial models, pitch books, and valuation reports to ensure quality and relevance.
• Collaborate with AI trainers to curate and refine specialized datasets.
• Assess complex financial scenarios and provide expert feedback from an investment banking perspective.
• Maintain clarity, accuracy, and industry‑standard language in all communications.
• Identify key industry developments and integrate up‑to‑date knowledge into AI training projects.

• Extensive professional experience in investment banking or related financial services.
