Inventory Control Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our Operations team. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting purchasing and receiving activities, and collaborating with multiple departments to improve stock management and overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular cycle counts, inventory audits, and investigate discrepancies.
• Process inventory adjustments and manage transfers between branches and warehouses.
• Create, process, and monitor Purchase Orders using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Receive, validate, and reconcile inventory transactions against PO, invoices, and packing slips.
• Monitor consumption trends, assist with demand forecasting, and generate inventory reports.
• Support annual physical inventories, internal/external audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain organized documentation and provide administrative support across branch operations.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in inventory control, purchasing, warehouse operations, or supply chain functions.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
