International Recruiter - Latin America

About the role

We are looking for an International Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for commercial and sales positions across Europe and the Americas. You will work remotely, partnering directly with the Head of International HR to build a high‑quality talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Actively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and outbound outreach.
• Recruit for multiple markets, including Spain, Switzerland, Serbia, Panama, the United States and broader LATAM.
• Focus on sales‑oriented roles such as field sales agents, sales managers, as well as operational positions in logistics and support.
• Manage the Workable ATS: maintain pipelines, stages, reporting, and ensure clean candidate data.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, deliver strong shortlists, and keep time‑to‑fill low.
• Create bilingual job postings and screen candidates in both Spanish and English.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in agency, RPO or high‑volume in‑house environments.
• Demonstrated success filling sales and commercial positions.
• Strong active‑sourcing skills; you find candidates rather than wait for applications.
• Native or near‑native Spanish and professional English.
• Experience recruiting across US and European markets.
• Self‑managed, remote‑proven work style with ability to deliver without daily supervision.
