Instructional Designer – Learning & Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic Learning & Development team. You will create and deliver engaging learning programs that support onboarding, manager development, technical enablement, AI literacy, and other strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop global learning programs for technology adoption, AI literacy, and workforce enablement.
• Manage the full instructional design lifecycle from analysis to launch, ensuring quality and alignment with business goals.
• Create learning content across multiple formats: ILT, VILT, self‑paced eLearning, microlearning, videos, simulations, infographics, job aids, and guides.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define learning needs and measurable objectives.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to enhance content creation workflows and learner engagement.
• Own the Intrepid learning platform – handle configurations, updates, troubleshooting, and support tickets.

Required profile

• 4+ years of instructional design and curriculum development experience.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end design and development of learning programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and course development frameworks.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self‑motivated with high initiative and accountability.
