Instructional Design Consultant – Talent & Organization

About the role

Join Accenture’s Global Network as an Instructional Design Consultant within the Talent & Organization practice. You will work with clients across multiple industries to design, develop, and deliver innovative learning solutions that support organizational change and HR transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with client teams to understand business challenges and define learning solutions.
• Conduct Training Needs Analyses and develop comprehensive training curricula.
• Create detailed content outlines, design standards, templates, and checklists for learning programs.
• Partner with internal and client stakeholders to design and produce effective training deliverables.
• Support change management initiatives by aligning learning interventions with transformation goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in instructional design, learning design, or related fields.
• Familiarity with change management and HR transformation concepts.
• Ability to work on international, fast‑paced consulting projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate business needs into learning solutions.
