Inspector de Producción – Línea de Empaque

About the role

The Production Inspector ensures that final products leaving the manufacturing and packaging lines meet Johnson & Johnson’s strict quality and regulatory standards. Working under the supervision of the group leader and line supervisor, you will perform end‑of‑line inspections, record data, and support compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect finished products on the production and packaging lines according to established specifications.
• Verify compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations as well as internal J&J procedures.
• Execute product transactions in JD Edwards (JDE) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to maintain traceability.
• Capture yield and quality data in Infinity Yield or other designated platforms.
• Apply GMP and GDP guidelines, document findings, and report non‑conformances.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives by providing accurate inspection feedback.

Required profile

• Prior experience performing final‑product inspection in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and GDP requirements.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work under direct supervision.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and system navigation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with JD Edwards (JDE) or similar ERP systems.
• Experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Familiarity with Infinity Yield or comparable data‑capture tools.
• Understanding of GMP and GDP compliance standards.
