About the role
The Inside Sales Representative drives demand generation and early‑stage pipeline acceleration by qualifying inbound leads, executing outbound prospecting, and setting up revenue‑generating conversations for subject‑matter experts.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) using frameworks such as BANT or MEDDICC and hand them off within SLA.
- Design and run outbound sequences to reactivate dormant accounts, target cold prospects, and explore whitespace opportunities.
- Secure introductory calls or discovery meetings, provide detailed pre‑call briefs, and maintain ownership of early‑stage pipeline until hand‑off.
- Maintain accurate contact and account data in the CRM, track outreach metrics, and report on conversion performance.
- Collaborate with Sales Excellence to refine lead‑scoring models, improve MQL definitions, and close feedback loops.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with precision in lead assessment.
- Proficiency in using sales intelligence and CRM platforms.
- Ability to translate early buyer interest into qualified meetings.
- Experience applying structured qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDICC).
- Excellent documentation and communication skills for cross‑functional hand‑offs.
