Inside Sales – Remote Contractor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales professional to manage inbound inquiries, prepare proposals, coordinate supplier quotes and build strong customer relationships. You will work directly with the Director of Sales, guiding customers from initial inquiry through order placement and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, understand project requirements and prepare accurate quotes.
• Coordinate supplier pricing, availability, lead times and product information.
• Maintain customer relationships, follow‑up consistently and identify repeat‑business opportunities.
• Review purchase orders, track supplier confirmations, shipments and delivery updates.
• Maintain accurate records in Streak CRM, track open quotes and provide weekly updates to accounting and operations.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of B2B inside‑sales, account‑coordination or sales‑support experience, preferably with an IT reseller or technology distributor.
• Advanced English (C1 level) and ability to work US Eastern business hours.
• Strong attention to detail when handling part numbers, quantities, prices and shipping information.
• Reliable internet access and a professional remote‑work environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Streak CRM, Google Workspace, QuickBooks Online and Shopify.
• Familiarity with quoting, purchase‑order processing and supplier communication.
