About the role
We are looking for a Resident Engineer to lead on‑site construction projects in the Limón region. The successful candidate will ensure each phase of the works is executed with excellence, coordinating teams and overseeing daily operations on the construction site.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and control the execution of construction activities on‑site.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor progress, report status, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Maintain safety standards and enforce site regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Resident Engineer or similar role in construction projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and result‑oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Limón.
- English language proficiency is desirable.
