About the role
We are looking for a Resident Engineer to lead on‑site construction projects in the Limón area. The successful candidate will ensure that every phase of the work is executed with high quality and safety standards, contributing to a high‑impact development.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and verify compliance with design specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep the project on schedule.
- Monitor progress, report deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure that health, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly followed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, inspections, and approvals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Resident Engineer or similar on‑site supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational abilities and result‑oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work full‑time on site in Limón.
- English language proficiency is desirable.
