Inbound Sales Representative – US Home Services

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Inbound Sales Representative to convert inbound leads into booked appointments for a modern home‑services company serving U.S. customers. The role is remote, based in Costa Rica, and focuses on plumbing, HVAC, roofing and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and messages from U.S. prospects.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Texas‑based plumbing team.
• Follow up on leads, handle objections and ensure a high conversion rate.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the onboarding supervisor and sales team to meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inbound sales or appointment‑setting.
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level) with strong spoken communication.
• Availability for evening, night shifts and weekends.
• Persuasive, energetic and disciplined personality.
• Interest or experience in home‑services, construction or related sectors is a plus.

• Base salary up to $2,000 USD per month.
