About the role
Smartsheet is seeking an Implementation Specialist to guide customer enablement and product adoption. You will work closely with customers and account teams to deliver fixed‑fee, fixed‑scope service packages and ensure successful implementations of Smartsheet solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent engagements across various industries, managing timelines, scope, and change requests.
- Design, demonstrate, and build Smartsheet solutions that align with customer business needs.
- Identify expansion opportunities and advise customers on best practices and platform capabilities.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client‑facing roles, managing multiple customers simultaneously.
- Strong time‑management, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience configuring, customizing, and implementing SaaS applications.
- Proficiency with AI tools to improve efficiency.
- Project management skills including timeline and scope management.
