Implementation Specialist

About the role

Viventium Software is seeking an Implementation Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for new clients. You will act as a brand ambassador, guiding customers through the transition to our cloud‑based human capital management platform and ensuring a smooth, accurate onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review, and validate new client paperwork to maintain data integrity.
• Identify and resolve errors in client documentation, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Conduct launch calls and send onboarding communications to set clear client expectations.
• Partner with clients to gather payroll data, configure the system, and migrate information to the cloud platform.
• Provide technical guidance during the implementation phase and ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain high quality standards while working in a fast‑paced environment.
