Human Resources Coordinator (Contractor Validation Analyst)

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to act as a Contractor Validation Analyst for a large‑scale contractor workforce program. The role is fully remote and supports the onboarding, tracking and compliance of a distributed contractor pool. You will work closely with managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate workforce records across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Validate contractor activity and records across several platforms.
• Research and confirm project assignments, engagement status and location.
• Support contractor onboarding and ongoing workforce administration.
• Update and maintain tracking tools, ensuring data accuracy.
• Coordinate with managers to resolve discrepancies and document findings.
• Escalate unresolved issues and assist with compliance reporting.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in HR operations, workforce administration or contractor management.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and investigate incomplete information.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Advanced spreadsheet and tracker usage.
• Ticketing and workflow management tools.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or Smartsheet.
