Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs a(n) HR Help Senior Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.This position specializes in the full life-cycle of an employee: From new hires, promotions, transfers, and payrate changes to separations. Through web tickets and Phone calls. The work focuses on answering HR, Payroll, Benefit, Stock and policy questions and resolving issues. Provide answers, solutions, and recommendations for inquiries related to HR processes/procedures by utilizing solutions provided by HR SMES Here, You Will Make An Impact By Solving general issues regarding customers' needs and elevating them to proper instances when unable to solve them individually, also identifying escalation trends and opportunities for process change and/or new solutions. Partnering with clients in improving processes by recommending solutions and referrals to policies/procedures, SMEs, or contracted vendors while ensuring that all HR Help processes are performed in compliance with legal and statutory requirements, as well as local business requirements for different countries and within agreed SLAs. Assisting in identifying areas to improve communications and efficiency of operations and implementing changes. Undertaking all actions required by the system and updating the database continually. Investigating and resolving problems and providing solutions that may involve a network of resources.Your Skills And ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:High School Diploma/GED from AND (X+4) years in customer service related with HR (Desirable)Bilingual: English (Fluent) Spanish (C1)Knowledge of HR Policies & Procedures with strong analytical skills (1 year Experience).Fully Bilingual (English / Spanish).
