About the role
As an Analyst in HR Operations GBS, you will be the primary point of contact for employees and managers, delivering timely, accurate and customer‑focused service across employee data, benefits, onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll queries and HR policies.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑level HR support via phone, chat, email and tickets covering employee data, benefits, onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll queries and HR policies.
- Manage end‑to‑end HR operations such as onboarding, employee records, internal movements, exits and off‑boarding.
- Maintain Workday data integrity, support audits and deliver reporting.
- Contribute to system enhancements, UAT, automation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Hands‑on Workday experience (transactions, business processes, reporting) is mandatory.
- Strong process and system orientation with proven compliance and audit management.
- Customer‑service mindset with issue‑resolution focus.
