About the role
The Delivery Partner role supports employee discipline matters and provides HR assistance across Citi globally. It involves managing cases, advising managers, and ensuring compliance with policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage discipline cases using Citi's case management system, ensuring timely and compliant handling.
- Provide guidance to managers on discipline policies and coordinate with HR teams and business leaders.
- Drive consistent application of process controls, maintain quality documentation, and follow SOPs.
- Partner with compliance and surveillance groups to support HR aspects of employee discipline.
Required profile
- 0‑2 years of relevant HR or HR Operations experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.
- Proven organization, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
