HR Generalist (Bilingual)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Bilingual HR Generalist to support daily HR operations and serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers. The role involves a broad mix of employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for employee questions in English and Spanish, handling inquiries, conflict resolution, and investigations.
• Support recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Facilitate new‑hire onboarding, conduct orientation sessions, and manage paperwork.
• Maintain accurate employee records, assist with payroll, benefits, and time‑keeping processes.
• Prepare HR reports, track key metrics, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
• Support training initiatives, performance‑management processes, and employee development programs.

Required profile

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, high discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
