HR Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven HR Analyst to partner with HR Business Partners and help transform HR operations through analytics, AI and automation. You will support existing HR activities while driving efficiency and productivity improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage data to analyze workforce trends, uncover insights and inform HR and business strategies.
• Design, build and continuously improve dynamic Power BI dashboards for real‑time visibility into turnover, headcount, engagement and diversity metrics.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for HR Business Partners and stakeholders.
• Respond to data requests and proactively identify opportunities for predictive or automated insights.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to adopt and scale modern HR analytics and AI‑driven capabilities.
• Identify and implement process improvements using automation and AI tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Champion a data‑driven, AI‑fluent culture by exploring new tools, testing ideas and sharing best practices.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including analysis of exit data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience across HR disciplines.
• Experience working with data, metrics, reporting and visualization tools (Power BI strongly preferred).
• Proven expertise in Excel, including data consolidation, pivot tables, dashboards and automated templates.
• Curiosity and growth mindset with strong interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.
• Ability to prioritize competing requests, align work to business impact and ensure timely follow‑through.
• Commitment to data accuracy and proper handling of sensitive employee information.
