About the role
Avionyx, a leading aerospace software engineering company, is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to support its growing team in Heredia, Costa Rica. You will play a key part in the full‑cycle recruiting process, employee record management, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support full‑cycle recruiting, from posting to onboarding.
- Coordinate induction and orientation for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records, including leave, health insurance, and training documentation.
- Monitor employee benefits and ensure accurate application.
- Communicate company policies and reinforce compliance.
- Assist managers with performance‑related decisions and coaching.
- Track training needs and manage the training budget.
Required profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, including full‑cycle recruiting.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and service‑orientation skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets.
