Hospitality Bookkeeper – Remote (Full-time)

About the role

Howard Financial is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with a strong background in the hospitality industry. You will support our clients by handling hotel accounting, daily transactions, reconciliations, and financial reporting while working remotely alongside a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions for hotel clients.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver regular financial reports.
• Support leadership with financial operations and analysis.
• Maintain compliance with hotel accounting standards.

Required profile

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in hospitality.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work 9 AM–5 PM EST.
• Works as an independent contractor.
