About the role

Join Accenture's Health Practice as a Clinical & Care Delivery Consultant, working on strategy and business planning for healthcare clients. You will support teams delivering management consulting projects and help shape commercial and go‑to‑market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Support small to medium‑size teams in delivering consulting projects, including commercial strategy, market scoping, and process improvement.
• Develop proposals, pursue new opportunities, and build practice assets such as methodologies, research papers, and internal tools.
• Conduct complex financial and quantitative analysis, build forecasting models, and identify transformation opportunities.
• Design operating models for business units, assess competitive responses, and manage implementation readiness.

Required profile

• 7‑12 years of experience in US healthcare consulting, preferably with payer or provider transformation projects.
• Advanced English proficiency and willingness to travel as needed.
• MBA or postgraduate degree from a Tier‑1 business school.

Required skills

• Data analysis tools and claims/UM data handling.
• Experience with data strategy, forecasting models, and GenAI use cases for health.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and presentation abilities.
