HCM Implementation Consultant

About the role

Workday is seeking a motivated HCM Implementation Consultant to join its Consulting team. You will work with customers to configure, test, and deploy Workday’s Human Capital Management suite, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and deliver value.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client business requirements for HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, and Performance modules.
• Configure Workday solutions based on requirements and build prototype configurations.
• Assist clients in system testing, data conversion, and validation activities.
• Demonstrate configured solutions to clients and provide guidance during go‑live.
• Collaborate with project teams and act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required profile

• Experience implementing or supporting HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, or Compensation systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
