Group Manager – Finance & Accounting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Group Manager to lead Finance & Accounting operations for a global client in the BPO/Shared Services Center industry. The role will oversee end‑to‑end financial processes and a team of approximately 40 employees across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage core finance and accounting processes including Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), Accounts Receivable (AR), Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) and General Ledger (GL).
• Ensure consistent delivery against service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs) and client expectations.
• Coach, develop and retain a multicultural team of around 40 staff members.
• Act as the primary point of contact for international stakeholders in LATAM, India and Europe.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and promote operational excellence.
• Support financial closing cycles and reporting activities.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience managing large teams (30+ employees).
• Strong background in Finance & Accounting operations covering P2P, AR, OTC and GL.
• Experience in BPO, Shared Services or multinational environments.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑cultural stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher; Portuguese is a plus.
