Golf House Attendant

About the role
The Golf House Attendant creates a warm and seamless arrival experience for golfers at Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo. Working onsite, you will support the golf club by handling golf bags, managing carts, and coordinating transport, ensuring guests feel welcomed from the moment they arrive until they depart.
Key responsibilities
- Greet golfers with a friendly, professional welcome upon arrival.
- Assist guests in unloading and loading golf bags from their vehicles.
- Transport bags to the waiting area and load them onto golf carts.
- Maintain an orderly schedule of reservations and ensure carts are available as needed.
- Organise transport for golfers returning to their vehicles or the resort.
- Provide a courteous farewell, reinforcing a positive overall experience.
Required profile
- Completed secondary education.
- No prior experience required.
- At least 80% conversational proficiency in English.
