GNA FPA Analyst

About the role

Intel is seeking a Financial Analyst to support its Data Center, AI, and other cutting‑edge business units. The analyst will provide financial insight, develop forecasts, and ensure disciplined spending across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, produce forecasts, and track spending trends for business partners.
• Prepare quarterly Plan of Record (POR) with Operations and Finance teams, explain variances and deliver insights.
• Execute monthly financial close, analyze variances against POR, and provide detailed explanations.
• Develop, post, and maintain journal entries in line with accounting standards and corporate policies.
• Review and approve purchasing requisitions alongside finance controllers.
• Support department initiatives such as process standardisation, automation, and workflow improvements.
• Deliver ad‑hoc financial analyses and KPI reviews to influence leadership decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field (Master's acceptable with no experience).
• 0–1+ years of practical experience in finance, accounting, or business roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Intermediate to advanced English (verbal and written).
• Unrestricted, permanent right to work in Costa Rica.
