Global Solution Development Manager

About the role

The Global Solution Development Manager will support nVision Global’s logistics and supply chain services by turning complex customer and internal data into actionable design and savings opportunities. The role focuses on optimizing inbound and outbound shipments, improving visibility, and driving AI‑enabled automation across multiple transportation modes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into resilient supply‑chain blueprints, including workflow, facility layout, and technology roadmaps.
• Develop cost‑benefit, feasibility, and scenario models to guide capital investment decisions.
• Lead data analysis of freight invoices and shipment data to identify anomalies, overcharges, and low‑hanging cost opportunities.
• Prepare and evaluate transportation bid packages, support rate benchmarking, and assist in provider negotiations.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, sales, and finance to create clear business value propositions and manage vendor implementation.
• Design and present RFPs, pricing models, and customer‑facing proposals.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of inbound and outbound logistics across multiple modes (parcel, LTL, truckload, rail, ocean, air).
• Ability to detect cost or data anomalies and translate findings into solution designs.
• Experience in solution design, process re‑engineering, and benchmarking exercises.
• Motivation to grow into a leadership position within a supply‑chain services division.
