Global L&D Operations Senior Manager

About the role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Global Learning & Development Operations Senior Manager to lead its L&D operations in Costa Rica. You will be responsible for standardizing processes, optimizing systems, and ensuring data‑driven execution of learning programs across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce global operational frameworks and governance for L&D.
• Lead multi‑region operations, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Drive automation initiatives and continuous system improvements.
• Maintain data integrity, accurate reporting, and KPI performance monitoring.
• Influence senior stakeholders and improve scalability, efficiency, and consistency of learning delivery.
• Optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) and related infrastructure.
• Support strategic operational projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• 9+ years of experience in L&D operations, systems, or program management.
• Proven track record leading operations across regions or large‑scale portfolios.
• Strong people leadership experience, including managing managers or senior operational professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to scale systems, standardize processes, and drive operational consistency.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using insights to improve efficiency and governance.
