About the role

The Social Manager will lead the planning, coordination and execution of University Community Work (TCU) projects, as well as support university extension and social responsibility initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement work plans and schedules for assigned TCU projects.
• Supervise student and community activities, ensuring participant safety and proper use of resources.
• Maintain effective communication with TCU coordinators, external partners and manage related administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with faculty to review and adapt content for talks, workshops and other activities according to each specialty.

Required profile

• University degree in a related field.
• At least two years of experience in field‑work or community project coordination.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles on rural roads (mandatory).
• Flexible schedule and availability to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in database management and usage.
• Knowledge of ESG standards and reporting frameworks (GRI).
• Understanding of carbon‑neutral concepts.
• Familiarity with PBAE (Project Based Approach to Education) methodology.
